I am a registered social worker with over 14 years of experience in occupational social work, employee wellness, and psychosocial support. I hold a Master of Arts in Occupational Social Work from the University of the Witwatersrand, with a strong focus on helping employees manage psychological trauma in the workplace and beyond. My work is grounded in supporting individuals and organisations to navigate emotional, relational, and systemic challenges with resilience and clarity.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients and workplaces to address concerns such as work-related stress and burnout, psychological trauma, grief, mental health issues, interpersonal conflict, substance abuse, and the psychosocial impact of chronic illness. I also provide counselling and support in areas such as parenting, relationship difficulties, work-life balance, and adjustment to organisational change or retrenchment.
In addition to therapy, I offer coaching and mentoring services, especially for employees and teams seeking to grow, lead, or thrive in complex work environments. As a certified coach and NLP Practitioner, I help clients reframe limiting beliefs, unlock personal agency, and set achievable, value-driven goals. My coaching focuses on areas such as career development, leadership readiness, emotional intelligence, resilience-building, stress management, and navigating transitions or role changes.
Whether I’m working with a team leader stepping into a new role, an employee recovering from burnout, or someone striving for greater purpose in their professional life, my coaching is tailored, strengths-based, and deeply practical. I offer both individual coaching and group-based formats depending on the organisational need.
My approach—whether in therapy or coaching—is collaborative, person-centred, and grounded in empathy, accountability, and action. I’m passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for people to grow, heal, and lead lives that are both purposeful and sustainable. I look forward to walking alongside you or your organisation on this journey.
