It’s easy to live on autopilot and feel like life is just happening to us. Often we deny our realities and avoid our emotions to the detriment of our mental and emotional wellbeing. Therapy can help us to improve insight into our behaviours, to allow us to make the necessary changes and to live a more meaningful life. I believe in a multi-disciplinary integrated approach that can include but not limited to therapy, medication, exercise, nutrition, spiritual and/or traditional interventions, to help individuals, families, and corporates to adapt and thrive in an ever changing world.
