I am a registered Counselling Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. I am a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and Psychological Society of South Africa. My internship was served at the Child and Family Centre and the Student Counselling Centre at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Since then I have gained approximately 7 years of clinical experience working with diverse cultural groups across 3 provinces at private-owned organisations, church-based organisations, non-profit organisations, and state-owned organisations. Therapeutic interventions are informed by an integrative, holistic, approach which facilitates the utilisation of individually-tailored interventions. I do, however, utilise more Cognitive-Behavioural Therapeutic interventions as this has proved most effective for short-term, solution-focussed therapeutic sessions as was required within the various contexts that I have worked in.

Overall, I have a keen interest in diverse human experience across all spheres of existence.
