I am a Clinical Psychologist who sees adults and couples for psychotherapy. My philosophy about psychotherapy is that having a good grasp of your inner world and getting to know yourself at the deepest level, is the key ingredient to lasting and sustainable change.

My journey as a clinical psychologist started at the University of Witwatersrand, where I completed my internship at the Wits circuit academic hospitals, namely; Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital and Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital. Thereafter, I went on to do my community service at Sizwe Tropical Disease Hospital, a specialist hospital that treats drug resistant TB and other related illnesses. In addition to the mandatory training years as a psychologist, I went on to work in a myriad of clinical and non-clinical settings; including lecturing undergraduate and postgraduate courses in psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand.

My psychotherapeutic interventions are client centred in that they are geared towards meeting the needs and expectations of my client. My aim is to exercise flexibility in the various psychotherapeutic approaches. This allows me to assist the clients in the most appropriate way.
